(AP) MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. — Synopsys Inc., which makes software used
to test and develop chips, on Monday said it bought ExpertIO, a
privately held company which makes software used to test and debug
storage devices.
Terms for the deal were not disclosed.
Synopsys
said ExpertIO Inc.'s entire team of engineers will join its Synopsys'
